We haven't discussed an UMO usage yet. Somebody mentioned in one of our
previous discussions that usage will be used in UMO ratings calculations.
Specs define 3 types of UMO usage:
1. Usage in other UMOs.
2. Usage by students.
3. Usage by authors.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that usage by students or authors can
be calculated using already existing in DB ACL tables, so no special field
or table needed. I'm not sure about the usage in other UMOs, though.
