I'd suggest a different color combination - orange + cyan look terrible. The frame labels My Courses, My Topics, etc could use slightly different background than frame. Topics should be expandable to show subtopics. In any case, I don't see how it would look like when we have a lot of topics/subtopics, for instance.

Not all links on this page work yet, I'll fix spacer background issue.
This left navigation bar will be used for all pages except maybe "Create
pages " where  dynamic breadcrumbs will be shown.
