I made additional changes to Author's pages.

"Create" pages shown as if an author was creating course "Math", topic
"Trigonometry", explanation "Trigonometry Explanation" and problem
"Trigonometric Equation".
Some pages still need a thorough work, especially Repository page.
Dialog of texts and Tests will be added to the next update.

Author's pages have slightly different background then Student's. In
order to login as an Author, submit empty form on either Login or
Registration pages and click on 'Login as an Author' link.
I'll continue working on Author work flow.
