DB schema: topic <-> explanation
There was some discussion about presentation of explanations
within a topic:

(Well, not as much of discussion, as me expressing my view on this
subject).
I updated topic description in functional spec accordingly:
http://www.total-knowledge.com/wiki/index.php/UU#Topic
I think topic <-> explanation relationships need some updating
in view of said changes.
