Hi,

I try to compile cppserv and run into a problem. After installing sptk and 
socket++ the build-process ends in a missing header sptk/CRWLock.h. And 
indeed this header is missing in /usr/local/include/sptk.

My os is SuSE 9.2 x86-64.
