Yes and yes. I have come to conclusion that it gets closer to Open 
Sourse and Authoright ideology this way.  Paid course changes little in 
the environment of an open server, because it can be copied and offered 
for free, and vise versa. This way market forces and general public 
attitudes toward authorship come forward.
