Upload and download of files to Total Knowledge web hosting servers is done using SSH protocol. Recommended windows client tools are PuTTY, and Secure iXplorer. If you are using Unix or other similar system, your vendor most likely provides SSH or OpenSSH packages.
If you want to use WinSCP, go to their site and download and install latest stable version. All you have to do then, is start WinSCP and connect to www.total-knowledge.com using user name and password you got when registering for web hosting.
